Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
SNic Solutions is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales professional, who can deliver measurable success. He/ She will work with the Sales & Marketing team to provide and nurture a healthy lead generation program by driving quality leads into the sales pipeline.
The individual will be responsible for target audience outreach initiatives and be able to find them and connect with them successfully. He/ She needs to be a highly motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute individually and in a team.

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Working closely with sales professionals and achieving sales targets.
- 0-2 years’ proven experience in prospecting and lead generation or sales management.
- Experience of B-to-B sales and can develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Experience of working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
- Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
- Must be highly proficient in all aspects of the English language (speaking, writing and reading).
